Latest Release Version 26.1
We have gone the way of many software companies and are changing the way we track release. Instead of using 3.2 etc., we are now focused on the calendar year first followed by the release. In this case, this is our first release in 2026, so it is 26.1.
Below is a summary of what's new in this latest release.
Signature Routing
With the introduction of signature routing, families are now required to follow a new workflow when signing Apply forms. Whether signing in the same room, in separate locations or if conditions are such parents are divorced or court orders are in place, these can all be handled easily.
New fields for Students
Several new fields have been added to support students in Enquiry Tracker. These also support filters and include:
Student Address: A new Student address field now appears in the Student details section in Pipeline and The Student Residence section in Apply. This new field has been pre-populated with the existing primary contacts address and can be added to forms if required.
Indigenous Status, Language spoken at home and Starting Period: These fields exist in Apply but have now been added to the student detail section. Note that Starting Period is a configurable field that must be enabled for it to be visible in Pipeline.
Family Circumstances & Family Category: Two new fields that have corresponding default lists associated with each one that can be tailored to suit each schools needs.
New features for Students
Several new features have been added to support students in Enquiry Tracker. These include:
New Forms Tab in History Panel: This new tab allows school users to see which forms have been submitted in Apply for each student. With quick links to each form, it is visible on both the Student Details Screen and Contacts Details screen
Zone Catcher: This is enabled when your school has enabled the option to collect and report on Geographic Status under the Admin> Edit School section and when a catchment area has been set up as a map layer. If so, it will automatically flag the student address if it is out of catchment area.
Class Groups: We've added a new option for Schools that want to be able to have a conditional options associated with Intake Year Levels. For example, you can now assign a class group to any given Intake Year Level to allow families to choose an option such as Kindergarten - Mon & Wed Group or Thu & Fri Group. Groups can be tailored to suite each school's needs.
New Signature Capture field for Apply Forms
We have added a new custom field type called Signature Capture, which allows you to add a custom signature block to any section within a stepper. Ideal if you wish to use this for capturing an additional signature such as that from a student to agree to a code of conduct or dress code policy.
Updates to Lead Score
The following new fields have been added as choices to use in lead score calculations. These are:
- Family Circumstances
- Family Type
- Indigenous Status
Org View
For those organisations with access to the Org View, we have added filters to the research charts in Analytics.
Improvements
Charts
Geographic Map - By Location: We have added several new features, including:
- Updated the hover content to display student information
- Added new filters for Geographic Status and Zone Catcher. Note these are only visible if enabled under Edit School Screen
- New total boxes to display the Total number of Enquiries and the Total number of addresses
- New View Details button in the footer
Enquiries by Status Chart: We ave added more statistical options to include Mean, Median and Mode
Apply
When editing a form in Apply, if you click on field name in Manage Fields for a field that is visible it will conveniently display the edit dialog. Also, the original field name is displayed at the top dialog - handy feature if you have changed the original field label!
Merging Students or Contacts
If you merge students or Contacts we now only display the fields that require review instead of all the fields as these are either identical or have no data. This reduces clutter and makes it easier to process.
