Org View Updates
For those organizations and dioceses that have Org View access via Central, we have added a new screen that lists the multiple enquiries for any specific school within your org. School screen to allow the org to let a school know if a family has enquired at other schools

Invite a Family to Complete a Form
School users now have the ability to send an email invitation to a family asking them to complete a form for a specific student. Ideal when inviting families to fill in an Application Form, receive an Offer Letter, or even an Enrolment Agreement.
To support this new feature, you can now:
- Edit the new Invitation email located in email flow sequence for any form in Apply
- Under options for each form you can set the Student Status and Activity Log when an invitation is sent.
Chart Updates
For the heat map chart type in Enquiry Tracker, you can now:
- For Decline by Last Status chart, you can now display totals and ability to swap axis
- Show Totals has also need added to heat map chart for Enquiries Yearly Comparison

If a user enter an Other... item for a custom list entry on a form, they will not be added to the list if they already exist

The Application Status dropdown menu in Apply, now displays in an order that is inline with the process - In Progress, Submitted, In Review, Pending and then Finalis(z)ed

More < INSERT FIELDS > have been added to the template editor for Apply emails, which now include: < STARTING YEAR >, < INTAKE YEAR LEVEL >, < FORM NAME > and < DATE OF BIRTH >

We have renamed the < FORM PERMALINK > tag to < FORM REQUEST LINK > to better support the new form invitation feature

For Apply forms, any dependent fields for the Alumni group under the Parent Guardian section will now display as dependent fields - they will be indented and only be displayed when the condition of Alumni = Yes is met
