Below is a summary of what's new in this latest release
Student Comms Log
We introduced a new comms log to the Contact Details screen in the last release. Now with this latest version we've added the new comms log to the student details screen. Note that the student comms will only contain comms where that student was a part of a form submission or outbound comms.
SMS Compose
If you have elected to have SMS enabled for your school you will notice that when sending messages, every message also includes an SMS component, which can now be tailored to suit from the default message. This appears in the message compose window as seen below

Mobile Phone Number formatting
In order to support SMS, we are now following an international standard to ensure numbers are entered correctly by families. Enquiry Tracker uses the E.164 Standard which includes the country code, making it clear which country the phone number belongs to. This means there is a new country code picker that will default to the country your school is located in when created a new record or form submission.
| Note: The country code drop down list will default to the country of your school. Likewise the hone number will be formatted in accordance with the E-164 spec, which aligns for each country |
The mobile phone feature is supported throughout Enquiry Tracker, specfically
- Regular Sign up Forms
- Apply Forms
- Enquiries > Contacts. Contact Detail screen
Apply Form Features
Several new features have been added to Apply forms, including:
- SMS for OTP - if SMS has been enabled and the enquiry has opted in to received updates by SMS, then they will have the additional options of choosing to have the verification code sent via SMS as well as email
- Address lookup - If a new contact is being added to an Apply form, then Enquiry Tracker will use the Google address lookup feature to auto-populate the address fields on any Apply form
- Insert field name change - since Schools are using Apply forms for a variety of tasks, we have changed the insert field < APPLICATION FORM NAME > with < FORM NAME > in Application> Message Flow Setup
Chart Enhancements
Some of the Charts that support horizontal bar charts have been updated to support the following features:
- Sort A-Z, Sort Ascending and Descending
- Show Top 10 results
- Show Unknown - note that you can hide unknown when it is a legend, however in bar charts it is on the axis, which cannot be hidden - until now! This is a handy new feature to hide this value when not relevant
Org View Updates
For those organizations and dioceses that have Org View access via Central, you now have access to a new Research section that displays Charts that aggregate the data across your organisations for:
- How did you hear about us
- Lead source
- Reason for Selection
- Decline by Reason
- Decline by Last Status

Enhancements & Bug fixes
The following items have been fixed in this latest release:
- Added Dari to Language List
- Funnel Metrics by Starting Year > Change legend name
- Added Compare Starting Year to Forms by Starting Year
- Modified logic when assigning map pins to contact locations - now use the known address associated with a secondary contact in teh vent there is no address associated with the primary contact
- Lead Score > Can now save the score if the value is 0
- Siblings (legacy) field is no longer be visible on Signup forms
