Version 3.0 Features Accelerator Class
Engagement View
Introducing our new View by Engagement on the student list screen. This is a great way to find a list of students that have or have not preformed a particular activity, received an email lately, not registered for an event or even missed an appointment.
To access this new screen:
- Go to Enquiries> Students List
- Click the View by Engagement menu just to the top left of the tale header row
- Choose your options and off you go!
New Contacts Features
Contacts now features a new layout that includes a new notes field for entering information about the specific contacts and we have now made it so that Email or Mobile are required. So now you can create a record in Enquiry Tracker without an email field.
New Layout & Sticky Nav Bar
As you can see form the screen shot below, we have moved a few fields around, created some new panels for easier data management and added a sticky nav bar to the screen.
Easier to Look for Duplicates
You can now specify up to 4 fields to match contacts on when in Looking for Duplicates.
New Charts
Two new charts have been added that provide more insight into the data collected on Enquiries. These are visible under the following areas:
- Analytics> Demographics we have added a new Student Interests chart

Analytics> Enquiries we have added Enquiries by Status chart
Message Templates
All message templates now show default editable default SMS messages that are aligned with the content of the original email message. Feel free to edit these as you see fit under Admin> Messages
Org View Updates
For those organizations and dioceses that have Org View access via Central, you now have access to a new Enquiries section that displays a new Charts that compares year over year enquiries

Enhancements & Bug fixes
The following items have been fixed in this latest release:
- See what records have been flagged as exported when changed from EXPORT to TRANSFER
- When modifying an appointment booking from student details screen, other students were inadvertently removed from the booking
- Added < LINK TO FULL MESSAGE > in INSERT FIELD list for SMS Compose
- Disabled the new activity button until activity log loads fully
- Fixed issued on the date field when duplicating an event
