Version 2.5 Features Accelerator Class
Set Form Redirects
You can now specify what should happen after an Enquiry Tracker form is submitted. The options are to display a custom message or direct the user to any other web page by setting a redirect.
Funnel Metrics by Starting Year
When this is enabled, the default academic year will be the next school year. Now you can easily compare the metrics for a future academic year to that of a year in the past. Easiest way to see if your numbers are on track - does not matter how far out you go!
Activity Log Updates
- When sending emails to both parents, we now display the entry as one record in the activity log versus two.
- An Activity Log record is now added when sending an email to event RSVPs
- We are also including content of sent messages from form completions and messages sent from Apps, Students and Event RSVP lists!
Improvements
- Provided more flexibility when deferring a student on the Student detail screen, where the future values will auto set to current values if they exist, including the current academic year.
- For charts, we have introduced abbreviations in the total boxes for large numbers
- A birth date can now be up to a year in the future - great for expecting parent who want to get on you waitlist!
- When accessing the School Lists or App Lists screens, we now display the list names in alphabetical order and enable text search - so much better!
- When downloading Event Registrants, we now include Sub-tour Start time and End time
- Under Analytics, we now set the default value for Starting Year for Forms by Starting Year
- On the General Enquiry Form we have addressed the issue where Gender field remained highlighted in red after submit
- More accessibility improvements to support screen readers that include page titles for navigation
