Reorder Form Fields
School Admins have the ability to rearrange the order of field within the section of a given stepper. This ensures that each school’s can have control over the content flow of their various forms in accordance with their preferred layout/style guide.
Changing the Order
- Go to Admin > Forms to locate the form that you wish to modify.
- Click the Pencil/Edit icon to enter the form editor.
- Open up the field panel by clicking the Manage Fields button at the top right of the form editor.
- Navigate to the relevant stepper and section by clicking on the appropriate expand icons within the Manage Fields panel.
- Once you have fully opened your chosen sub-section, simply hover over the field you wish to move and click/hold the = icon to the left of the field name.
- Using a Drag & Drop gesture, simply move your chosen form field to its desired location within the existing sub-section.
| Note: Form fields can only be rearranged within their existing stepper and sub-section. Once you have completed all your changes, click the Save button, followed by the Publish button at the bottom of the form editor to ensure your changes are live |
| Note: Any updates made will only be valid for new forms processed after the changes are published and will not modify existing forms that have already been submitted or are currently in progress. |
