New Online Application Module
Apply, is an extensive brand new add-on to Pipeline (our new name for the original Enquiry Tracker product) that guides families through a step-by-step K-12 online application process that enables consistent data capture, uploading of key documents, and simple fee processing – a significant time saving for everyone!
A Few Extras
New External ID field
This is where you can optionally enter in a School ID from your Student Information System. This is handy if you have integration set up between Enquiry Tracker products and your SIS.
Siblings on Forms
The siblings question is now an optional field you can add to your sign up forms
Insert Campus Name
Campus name has been added as a field that can be inserted into the automated emails. This is ideal for general enquiries or prospectus/info pack request emails
Internal Notification Email
We have added any Subtour information to the Event booking email that is sent to internal users
Checkin Mode: Users can easily log back into Pipeline if another user had not logged out of Checkin mode
