Merging Contacts
You can now identify duplicate contacts and merge into one record as well as join separate contacts to form a family group.
The Activity Log is now visible on the contact details screen so you can see which events the contacts attended.

Dashboard & Analytics
New Funnel Metrics allow you to track conversions for future core intake years by student stage. Eg Yr 7 2022: how many enquirers, applicants, or those enrolled!
A new Event Registrants Table conveniently displays student interest by starting year.
Capacity Alerts
We have now turned on the Capacity Alerts to monitor when event RSVPs get close to (90%), and reach capacity (100%), the maximum value for an event.
Capacity Alerts include an email sent to Admins and Users as well as an event notification within the app itself.
Disable Online Events
You can now disable online registrations for an event to set the status to fully subscribed, designed to avoid over subscribing and for catering purposes.
Based on your feedback, we have changed how families register for an event online, where they specify the total number of expected attendees. This is going to be much better since not all prospective students end up attending an event, but you still want to know what potential students are interested in coming to your school.
Event Name Tags
We have added two more fields, Starting Year and Year Level to the exported CSV file. So for potential students you now have; First Name, Last Name, Current School, Alumni, Starting Year (i.e. 2020) & Intake Year Level (i.e. Year 7)
Ranking Score
You can now tailor the ranking score even more today by adding your own rules.
