Event CheckIn Mode
We added a brand new feature that allows you to enable a secure check in mode for events. While they only have access for the current event, they can also quickly update critical information for registered attendees so you have the most up-to-date information.
Extended Edit features on check-in - students and school users can edit only the relevant information for students and parents attending an event
Event Registrant Notifications
Anytime a person fills out an Instant Web Form online for an event or prospectus, users of Enquiry Tracker can optionally receive an email notification. So you won't miss a thing.
Registrants Unsubscribe feature
When enabled, an email will be automatically sent anytime a visitor registers for an event, which they can now quickly unsubscribe from with one click
Event End Time - based on your feedback, we've added an optional end time also for any of your events.
Active Legends
you can now click on any legend under a chart and be taken to a convenient list displaying all enquiries that match that criteria. For example, if you want to see all enquiries that have not specified a religion, or Onnes that have an alumni connection - you are all set.
Disable Users
An Administrator can now disable or reactivate a user with a simple click.
