Web Event Registration
An updated web event sign up form has been stylized even better. Good news is that if you are already using the form, code you don’t have to do anything. It will be updated automatically. Be sure to take advantage of this as all data feeds directly into ET. This only takes a few mins to set up. You can have every event for the entire year listed, and remember the system will automatically sends thank you emails to registrants and reminds them to come! What’s not to like about that.
Send an Information Pack
A new sign up form can now be added to your school website that will collect information and automatically send out a prospectus. Check it out here. All data flows automatically into ET and registrants receive an automatic thank you email with a convenient link to your Prospectus. Of course, these can be sent manually from within Enquiry Tracker. We’ve also added a summary widget on the dashboard and a detailed report under the analytics section, which keeps a record of every single prospectus sent.
Enhanced Personal Tours
Personal Tours have been significantly enhanced to also support individual check-in along with a variety of additional features that allow more than one family to take part in a personal tour. A summary widget is also on the dashboard, which keeps a record of every single tour held, and the next 5 upcoming personal tours.
Event Analytics
Summary tables are now visible under the analytics section to provide a quick summary of how all events and tours are performing over the entire year.
Advanced Filtering
New filtering has been added to the students’ section that will allow advanced filtering for a variety of options so you can find what you need quickly.
List Items
All custom lists can now be conveniently re-ordered to match your needs.
