Why is this Important?
While submitted forms can be printed, schools often required a PDF version that is stored elsewhere online. Rather than printing to PDF we have made it easier to download a PDF version of the last updated application.
Downloading a Form to PDF
- Go to Form Entries > Apply Forms and find the student whose application you wish to download.
Tip: Use filters to narrow down the number of students shown in your application panel - Click the Student Name or Pencil icon to access the details screen
- Click the DOWNLOAD button
- Choose DOWNLOAD FORM AS PDF
Note: If your Header and Footer have been set up thens these will be visible on the top and bottom of your form. See this article for how to set up Header and Footer - A dialog will be displayed letting you know it is in progress
- Once ready a second dialog will appear on screen allowing you to Download the PDF for the given student
