Map Layers & Boundary Files
A School Admin can now add KML files that appear as a new layer that can be easily turned on and off on a geographic map. For example, a district boundary or catchment zone can be added as an overlay to indicate the area families should reside in to attend your school.
Appointment Enhancements
In version 1.6, we migrated Personal Tours over to Appointments and we have now added more items including:
- Insert both < APPOINTMENT TITLE > & < APPOINTMENT DESCRIPTION > in trigger emails
- Filter by Appointment Type when viewing a list of appointments - so you can see all interviews or Personal Tours etc.
Apply Enhancements
- Added the Student Status as a column and filter so you can now find students by status
- When it comes to reviewing documents in Apply, we have added a new doc status called Not Applicable as an additional option - just republish your forms and this will be visible.
Other Fixes & Enhancements
For both Event and Appointment follow up emails, you can now select an Audience option that includes all registrants. In the past you had to choose between those that checked in and those that did not. Now you don't!
The Alumni Chart reporting incorrect results if there were more than one parent and guardian and only one was an Alumni. This has now been fixed.
