Why is this important
With the ability to send bulk emails / messages from several different screens in Enquiry Tracker, user can now choose from a list of available pre-written templates. These emails can be edited for your school, likewise School Admins can add new templates.
Editing Templates
Follow the instructions below to edit the templates
- Go to Admin > Messages
- Scroll down to Message Templates section
- Select either Applications, Events or Students from the Module menu to display the corresponding email templates
| Tip: Be sure to review all templates and make sure they are on message for your school. Be sure to test every message before activating them. |
Adding a new template
Follow the steps below to add a new template
- Go to Admin > Messages
- Scroll down to Message Templates section
- Select either Applications, Events or Students from the Module menu to display the corresponding email templates
- Click the ADD NEW button at the bottom of the table
- Enter in a Template Name, Subject and Email message content
| Tip: Use the INSERT FIELDS option to personalize your email and remember to test every message before activating them. |
- Be sure to activate the email by toggling on Include in List
- Click SAVE
- Once activated, your New Message template will now appear in the drop down menu
