How to Edit Event Emails / Messages
Enquiry Tracker recommends that schools regularly review, refresh and update their Event emails to ensure that each and every opportunity to interact with prospective families remains a positive reflection of your school brand.
Emails can be edited in two ways:
- Editing the Master emails / templates, any changes will be applied to events created after the changes were made, or
- Editing the individual emails for an existing event
Editing Master Emails / Messages
Master template emails are applied to their relevant forms by default and can be changed at any time by School Admins via the Admin settings in Enquiry Tracker. Master templates provide schools with an easy method of applying their preferred communication content to all future form types without the need to edit each individual occurrence.
-
Go to Admin > Messages
-
Locate the Event Registration Form Messages section
-
Find the template which you wish to modify and click the green pencil (edit icon) to open the email text editor.
- Update the text content and settings accordingly.
- Click Save to make sure changes are applied
|
Note: Any changes made to master templates will only take effect for any Events (or Appointments) created after the changes have been saved. They will NOT be applied to any existing events. If you are seeking to edit emails for existing events please see the next section. |
