Overview
The event list screen displays a list of upcoming, past or all events by event type. Columns can be sorted and filters can be set easily to narrow down your selection
The Event List
Navigate to the list of events by going to Events> Event List and your screen will look like the one below, which has 3 main sections:
- The Filter - this is where you can select events to be displayed
- The Button Bar - easily add or delete events
- The Table - list of all events based on the filter setting
Selecting Filter Options
Use the filter to decide what events you would like to appear in the table. Note that the default is always to display upcoming events in chronological order.
- Year is a multi select drop down for calendar years
- Timeline selector allows you to display Upcoming, Past or All Events in the list
- Event Type selector allows you to narrow down the list of events by type
- Orange reset button will reset the filter back to the default for upcoming events
Button Bar
The button bar appears above the table and allows users to easily create new events and delete multiple events when those events are selected using the checkbox on the left hand side.
Event Table
The event table displays a high level summary of the events based on the filter options selected at the top of the screen.
Table includes the following columns
- Check box - allows you to easily select multiple events, when selected the Delete Events button will appear above the table
- Date and Time of the event
- Event type
- Status indicates whether the form is accepting registrations, set to close when fully booked, or hidden from the standard registration form
- Subtours - the number of subtours associated with the event
- Capacity - displays the max number of RSVPs that can be added to the event
- Total RSVP - this is the current count of RSVPs for the event
- Action buttons - to copy link, edit, duplicate and delete events
