Overview
Pipeline provides School Users with the ability to export their event registration data in a standard CSV file helping to make the process for printing name tags quick and easy. This article will explain how to export your attendee data in preparation for your chosen print method.
Exporting the RSVP List
- Go the Events > Events List and locate the event for which you are seeking to print name tags for.
- Go up the Event Details screen by clicking on the pencil/’Edit’ icon.
- Scroll down to RSVP List and click on the Download Registrants button.
The data file will be downloaded automatically and can be accessed either via the ‘Downloads’ panel in your web browser, or from your device’s ‘Downloads’ folder.
| Note: The data file will be downloaded as a standard .CSV file which can be opened via Excel and re-saved in your preferred file type where required. |
Once you have obtained your attendee list, you can use this data to prepare, collate and print name tags via your preferred administrative method. (E.g. Data merge via Microsoft Word, Labelling Software etc).
Creating Print Ready Name Tags
You can use your downloaded registrants list file to collate and print name tags via a Microsoft Word template using steps below.
Merging Fields in Word
- Open Microsoft Word and create your name tag template for your preferred label size
- Go to Mailings > Select Recipients > Use an Existing List
- Locate and select your Attendee List CSV file.
Note: You will be required to manually insert your chosen merge fields. into the template. - You can check the contents of your label at any time by toggling the Preview Results button.
- Once you are ready to print your labels click Finish & Merge > Print Documents
