User Types and Access Levels
There are 3 user types with different levels of access to Enquiry Tracker:
- A School Admin has the highest level of access. They can access the Admin menu. They are also the only type of user that can add other users.
- An Editor cannot access the Admin menu. They can view, create, update, and delete records for students, contacts, events etc.
- A User can access only the Dashboard and Analytics tabs. They cannot view or access individual student or contact records.
Furthermore, we have a School Representative access level, which is used when Check-in mode is used for events. This mode disables all access to the navigation and restricts editing down to the attendees for the specific event.
