Deleting school users
A School User can be deleted, but only if:
- Their name is not assigned as the school user for automated emails - see Email Signatures
- Their name is not associated with any activity log entries. For example, any task that is performed on a student that records a log entry will attach the school user's name to the log.
If any of these are true you will NOT be able to delete a School user, you can only disable them. This allows us to maintain the audit history on the student record as a future reference.
