Why is this important?
Your school may want to capture and report on more information than another school. The Pipeline module in Enquiry Tracker allows school administrators to turn on and off several different fields to meet this goal.
These are normally configured during onboarding of a new school, however several new options have been added since.
Fields that can be enabled or disabled are as follows:
- Accepts International Students
- Provides Boarding as an option
- Specify a Contact's Spouse
- Report on Faith
- Tracker Geographic Status (i.e. in school catchment zone or not)
- Enter an options for Eligibility Status
Enabling Optional Fields
A School Admin can make changes to these fields by:
- Go to Admin> Edit School
- Scroll down to the Optional Fields Panel
- Select which fields you wish to enable
- Click SAVE

The table below illustrates where each of these fields will appear within the app and on various forms. Note that Eligibility Status is a school facing feature only - families will not see this field
