Duplicating an Event
On the EVENTS> EVENTS LIST screen you will see an icon that allows you to quickly duplicate an event.
To duplicate an Event:
- Go to EVENTS> EVENTS LIST
- Locate the event you wish to duplicate in the list
- Click the Duplicate Icon in the corresponding row
- A dialog will be displayed that allows you to:
- Enter in a new date
- Specify if you want to use the emails associated with the specific event or default to those form the master emails for events
- If the event has any subtours, you will be presented with an option to also copy those
- Click DUPLICATE EVENT
- You will then have a new event created with all the same information form the prior event, all you need to do is enter in the new date and save.
| Tip: If you have a recurring event, say the first Monday of each month, then once you set one event up, all you need to do is keep duplicating the event, this will save some time! |
Duplicating an Appointment
| Note: In version 1.6 Personal Tours is now a part of Appointments. Still accessible in the same location, but more features. |
On the EVENTS> APPOINTMENT LIST screen you will see an icon that allows you to quickly duplicate an appointment.
To duplicate a Personal Tour:
- Go to EVENTS> APPOINTMENTS
- Locate the appointment you wish to duplicate in the list
- Click the Duplicate icon in the corresponding row
- You will then have a new appointment created with all the same information from the prior one, all you need to do is enter in the new date and save.
