Overview

The Enquiries by Status chart provides an important summary on how long students are remaining in a specific student status.

The chart summarizes 3 important numbers:

1. The total number of students in any one respective status
2. The average number of days the existing students with that status have been with that value
3. The average number of days all students have been with that status, even if they are no longer in that status

Enquiries by Status Chart

The chart can be easily accessed by:

• Go to Analytics> Enquiries
• Scroll down the page to locate the Enquiries By Status chart

Chart Features

This chart features the following:

1. Filters: By changing the Starting Year, and Intake Year Levels (Grade Levels), the data will be updated to reflect only those students that match those values.
2. Copy Chart: Click the copy icon to copy the chart to the clipboard for pasting into another app such as a slide presentation.
3. Hamburger menu:
   1. Show Totals: Toggle on/off the totals on the chart
   2. Show Legend: Toggle on/off the legends on the chart
   3. Download PDF, CSV or XLS: Download corresponding versions of the chart data
   4. Print Chart: Download a PDF version of the chart.
