Field Mapping from Enquiry Tracker to Synergetic XML

Overview

Enquiry Tracker integrates with Synergetic via the defined process of Online Application Import via XML Import

Notes on Synergetic

• ApplicationTypeCode is set to FUT
• ApplicationStatus is set to Complete (Pending = P, In Progress = I, Complete = C)
• If non-citizen, will pass the code stored in country of nationality for the PassportCountryCode
• AddressContact will be set to P = Primary, S = Spouse [where 'P' is the default]
• NOTE Spouse address will always be inferred as the same address of the primary contact and will not be passed separately - The only requirement to pass the 'S' value here is for a spousal occupation address ONLY
• Can set an option if ApplicationAmount will be set in the XML file
• When transferring data for VISA SUBCLASS and NATIONALITY will look for a string or number match entered into Enquiry Tracker for VISA SubClass and compare it with known values from LuVisaSubClass for a match. If found, we will pass the code, otherwise it is left null.
• Since Enquiry Tracker user country for nationality, we will look up to see if there is a match in the LuNationality table. If found, we will pass the code, otherwise it is left null.

Additional options for Synergetic Users

Schools can also specify the following options when transferring data.  Please contact our support team if you like to make changes to the options below

• Specify Contact Order
  • Father first
  • Mother first
  • As entered
• Specify if the Emergency Contact will be listed under:
  
  • Contacts as EC1 or
  • In Emergency Contact section
  • or both
• Strip out phone number prefixes such as '+61' or '61' and replace it with '0'. Options are:
  • Yes for all phone numbers.
  • No for all phone numbers.
  • Home/Work numbers only.
  • Mobile numbers only.
• Specify whether to use Abbreviated or full address type i.e. St or Street
• Include Country in Address in Exports/Transfers
• Format for the following fields in either UPPERCASE or TitleCase
  • City/Town
  • Street Address
  • Student/Contacts Names
• Student Title can be set as an option to the following:
  • • If Gender = M, set to Master
    • If Gender = F, set to Miss
• Wether to include the application amount in XML

Note the following:

• Area: This is the area the field is located in Enquiry Tracker.  Note that unless listed as Apply Only, all fields are in Pipeline
• Field Type: if the type contains Configurable, it means it can be turned on and off under ADMIN> EDIT school.  If any of these are off, they cannot be transferred. If the field is Conditional it means it will be displayed based on the answer to another question such as Alumni

If field is Apply Only, it will only be included in the transfer when transferred from Applications> Applications and they will not be included if a transfer is initiated from the Student List section.
