- Go to the Event details screen, which has the RSVP list
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and click REGISTER ATTENDEES
- On the subsequent Select Contact dialog click NEW REGISTRANT and a new browser window/tab will display a registration form for this specific event

Step 2: Create your QR code

- Have a look at https://www.qr-code-generator.com/
- Paste in the event URL from Step 1
- Click download the JPG or SVG depending on how you intend to use the image and you will have a QR code that you can use for walk-in to scan and register on the day of the event or on a direct mail piece.
- All that is required is to point a smart phone camera at the code and they will be able to register for the event.
| Note: The initial thanks for registering email will still be sent, so if you are using it for walk-ins you may need to change the email content to be more relevant. |
| Tip: Consider creating a poster or direct mail piece with the QR code on it so people can quickly and easily register for an event |
