Overview
Enquiry Tracker forms can be embedded into a variety of content management solutions including Wix.
Follow the steps below to get the code and add it to your Wix site.
Obtaining Your Form Code
Follow the steps below to get the code for a specific form.
- Go to Admin > Signup Forms
- Find the form you would like to add to your website and click thepencil/’Edit’icon located under the ‘Actions’ column.
- Scroll down to theForm Codesection and click theCopy Form Codebutton. See below
Adding Your Form to Wix
- Log into your Wix account
- Navigate to the page and locate the are you wish to insert your Enquiry Tracker form
- Click Add Elements from the left hand Nav bar
- Select Embed Code from the list of available options
- Choose Embed HTML from the popular elements section
- Paste in your Enquiry Tracker form code
- Click Update and the corresponding form will appear on your page
- Resize the HTML box so that the entire form is displayed
- SAVE and PUBLISH your page
| Tip: Wix does not auto expand content so if you are going to add more fields on your form, you should add a little extra room at the bottom of the form otherwise a scroll bar will appear on the form. This is required since the user will need to be able to scroll to the bottom of the form to SUBMIT |

Note: Enquiry Tracker form code comes in two parts, one is common to all forms and is what handles all the logic and the connection to your Enquiry Tracker account. The other is one line which decides which form you will be embedding. For example, this is the code that will display the corresponding form and needs to be on the relevant page The code below needs to appear on the page where your Enquiry Tracker form will be and can be a part of your footer code or included with the form code above. |
